Inagro is a research and advisory institute for agriculture and horticulture situated in the province of West-Flanders (Belgium). Inagro is experienced in agriculture, livestock farming, organic farming, soil, water, fertilization, energy management as well as education. Inagro is also the only research institute in Flanders that has its own biogas installation oriented specifically for the purpose of research and demonstration in biogas production and nutrient recovery. Inagro is the Flemish contact point for questions & research relating to farm-scale anaerobic digestion with a well-known and important role in the diverse network of biogas and nutrient recovery (quadruple helix – government, academic, industry & civilians including the farming community).
